"Making a Difference-- One Life at a Time"
To say we are living in challenging times would be an understatement for many. As board members of the Youth Services Bureau of Huntington County, we see these challenges not only in the day-to-day operations of our agency but also in the faces of those we serve. The Youth Services Bureau depends heavily on continued support, not only through grants and contracts but through the generous contributions from individuals, civic groups, sororities, businesses and churches.
The 2010 “Making a Difference, One Life at a Time” has a goal of $15,000. As to date, June 1, 2010 we have only reached $4,000. This campaign challenges individuals like yourself to make a statement that the youth and families of Huntington County are important and worthy of our support. By contributing you will be: Helping young people learn appropriate social and life skills, youth take ownership of their actions, help empower and support parents as they take a more active role as the parent, and with additional services to youth and families.
We work on a very minimal budget and insure that all donations we receive are used on direct services and nothing else. Your donation is also TAX DEDUCTABLE as we are a non for profit 501 c3. If you would like to support us you can send a check or cash to Youth Services Bureau. You will receive a receipt with every donation. MOST OF ALL THANK YOU FOR ALL YOUR HELP AND SUPPORT NOT ONLY MONETARY BUT WITH YOUR POSITIVE WORDS! REMEMBER ANY LITTLE BIT COUNTS!
