How do I use Safe Place?  You can use Safe Place one of two ways.  The easiest way to use Safe Place is when you have a crisis you can call our 24 hour pager number at 1-888-813-1515.  We will then call you back and assess the situation and give you the help that you need.  Another way that you can receive help from Safe Place is that you can go into a business that is a Safe Place site.  An example is that you can go to your guidance counselor at school and ask for help.  You can tell if a business is a Safe Place site by the sign in the window.

Don’t be afraid to ask for help!

Many times people are afraid to ask for help. “What will people think of me”, “What if my problem is stupid”, “What if my friends find out”, these are just a few of the reason’s I’ve heard that have stopped kids from getting help.  Don’t be afraid though to contact us for help.  Everything is confidential, you will not be judged, and we will help you in anyway we can.
